When can I book my taxi?
All online bookings should be made at least 24 hours in advance. We are unable to accept online bookings with less notice than this at present. For bookings on the day please call us on 07718 751409 to confirm availability. We operate our taxi service 24 hours / 365 days.
Will I receive confirmation of my booking?
When booking online you will receive two separate emails. The first email is a quote for your journey and confirming availability of a vehicle from our fleet. A second email will be sent to you confirming your journey has been booked.
Where do I meet the driver when I arrive?
Option 1.
Please ensure to switch your mobile phone on once you land at Edinburgh Airport. Our driver will send you a text message to say they have arrived. Once you have collected your luggage, please call the driver and they can give you their details and directions if required. The meeting point is the pre-booked taxi stand which is located directly inside the multi-storey car park opposite the terminal building. As you enter into the car park, if you look to your right hand side you will see a grey rain shelter with a yellow sign displaying ‘Pre Booked Taxis’, all our cars pick up from this location unless you have booked a meet and greet with name board in arrivals.
Option 2.
Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area at the main gate holding a 'meet & greet' board with your name clearly written on it. If you have provided your mobile number the driver will text you to let you know they have arrived and are waiting. The driver will call you if they have any difficulty finding you. Please take a note of our phone number 07718 751409 so you can ring us should you need to.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may cancel your booking at any time using phone or email. Cancellation within a reasonable time period will incur no charge. If your driver has already been dispatched before you have cancelled you may still be charged a £10 cancellation fee to cover any fuel and parking charges.
How do I pay?
If you wish to pay by cash you can pay the driver on the day. You can pay by credit/debit card by booking online or over the phone. We accept all major cards including American Express as payment and are fully PCI DSS compliant through Trustwave Trusted Commerce and are compliance certificate can be access from our home page.
Am I charged extra if my flight is delayed?
No, we do not charge you any extra if your flight is delayed. We always check your arrival time before we dispatch your driver. We assign a vehicle which is suitable to your specific needs, whether it is to transport several people with no luggage or an individual with a number of suitcases. The price quoted is the price you pay.
Do you provide a receipt?
Yes upon request the driver can issue a paper receipt with all our company information and journey information such as date and price. We can email you a receipt with a booking reference and contact details by email.
