The outstanding balance of any hire is due to Airport Taxis Edinburgh immediately upon completion of the hire and is payable either by credit/debit card or cash to the driver.

Airport Taxis Edinburgh will charge a valet fee of £50 for misuse/fouling of any vehicle.

Cancellations and "No Shows"
You may cancel your booking at any time using phone or email. Cancellation within a reasonable time period will incur no charge, a cancellation fee equal to the journey price as booked will be chargeable on journeys cancelled less than 60 minutes before the despatch of a vehicle.

A no show fee equal to the journey price will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated time and location. If you can not locate your driver telephone Airport Taxis Edinburgh immediately on 0044 (0)7718 751409 to avoid a no show fee.

Unless specifically instructed the cancellation of an outward journey will automatically cancel the return journey where a return journey was reserved as part of the same booking.
